Mary Collins, LCSW-C, is an experienced coach, licensed clinical social worker and psychotherapist. After earning an MSW from The University of Maryland, Baltimore in 1990, she had the pleasure of working with a variety of people in different therapeutic settings, doing psychotherapy, research, supervision and group therapy.
Because of the compelling research about how gratitude and other signature strengths increase happiness levels, Mary decided to focus her practice on Coaching and Positive Psychology. Drawn to the uplifting energy of focusing on forward movement and goals, she loves to work with clients in a co-creative process to define and achieve their most wished-for goals. She is a member of the International Coach Federation.
My clients include people from all walks of life, including scientists, writers, researchers, coaches, therapists, holistic healers, teachers, engineers, and political workers. Coaching can be done from any location via phone, or in person in Ellicott City, MD.
